John M. Cappeller, Jr.

John M. Cappeller, Jr. (john@florida-title.net) is the founder and President of Florida Title and Closing Company in Boca Raton, Florida.
John graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Finance in 1984 and from the Sheppard Broad Law School of Nova Southeastern University (J.D.) in 1987. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in July, 1987 and also admitted to the United Stated District Court, Southern District of Florida in September, 1988.
Kristina Iantosca-Hodges

Kristina Iantosca-Hodges (kristina@florida-title.net) is an Escrow Officer and Closing Coordinator with Florida Title & Closing Company since its inception in 2004. She assists with all aspects of residential real estate transactions including contract administration, title insurance, document preparation, office accounting, and also performs real estate closings along with the attorneys for Florida Title & Closing Company.
Kristina graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science in 1997 and from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D.) in 2001. Kristina is an Affiliate Member with Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund.
Bonnie Notestein

Bonnie Notestein (bonnie@florida-title.net) is the Marketing Director for Florida Title & Closing Company and has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry. Bonnie was recognized by the Mortgage Bankers Association as one of six women through out the United States who helped pioneer the development of opportunity for woman executives in the real estate industry.
Bonnie was formerly the President of two title companies in Miami, Florida and has appeared as a guest speaker at several real estate and title insurance seminars in the State of Florida. In addition, Bonnie has provided marketing and closing services for title agencies in Palm Beach County since 1990. Bonnie is a member in the Palm Beach County Woman’s Council of Realtors.
